Mentorship

Analytics mentorship — from someone who's lived it.

15+ years of analytics leadership across Dell, Groupon, and two startups. I know what it takes to grow as an analyst, lead data teams, and stay relevant as AI reshapes the field.

Who this is for

You're already in analytics, or trying to get there — and you want to move with intention, not just hope.

Breaking in

You're transitioning into analytics from another field, or finishing a degree and trying to land your first role. The job market is noisy and you're not sure how to stand out.

Moving up

You're a solid analyst but stuck between IC and senior, or between senior and manager. You're not sure what the next level actually looks like or how to get there.

Navigating a moment

A layoff, a pivot, a new market, AI eating your job description — something changed and you need a clear-eyed perspective on what to do next.

My background

I started as a technical support agent at Dell and taught myself SQL to move into analytics. Over 15 years I went from analyst to Director of Analytics at Groupon, managing teams across India, Poland, and the US. I co-founded two companies, built analytics consulting practices, and led data at an edtech startup.

I've hired analysts, promoted them, let them go, and helped them find better fits. I've interviewed at FAANG companies and bombed in public. I've built AI-powered products before it was cool and learned what the hype-to-reality ratio actually looks like.

I mentor because I wish I'd had this kind of concrete, practitioner-level guidance earlier in my career — not resume tips, but a real perspective from someone who's been on both sides of the table.
